The property is surrounded by a beautiful garden dating back to the 18th century; it enjoys extensive views of the waters of Lake Como and offers the perfect retreat for those seeking complete privacy and relaxation in one of the most evocative corners of Northern Italy.
It breathes an elegant atmosphere and with the refined and sophisticated furnishings, this exclusive Villa can accommodate 10 guests with 5 double bedrooms of which 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. Possibility to add an additional double bedroom with an extra supplement.

The property is surrounded by a 5000 square meter garden overlooking the lake; an exclusive swimming pool with Roman steps and comfortable sun loungers that invite guests to sit and relax. The large garden has outdoor terraces. Outdoor dining area.
Surrounded by a light-filled neoclassical colonnade, the ground floor features a main entrance, a large living room complete with a large 17th-century marble fireplace and comfortable sofas with plenty of seating. To complete this floor an elegant studio, a Billiards table and a dining room with a 17th-century stone fireplace. On the same floor you will also find a fully equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom and a pantry.
Please note that the fireplaces are only decorative and cannot be used by guests.

The 5 bedrooms all double with air conditioning and are composed as follows:
- A master bedroom with a standard double bed, lake view with direct access to a wonderful terrace, en-suite bathroom with shower and tub, TV.
- Two double bedrooms that share a bathroom with tub and shower and a small living room; TV
- A Suite with a double bedroom, small living room and a double bedroom complete with en-suite bathroom with shower. TV
- A double bedroom with lake view and en-suite bathroom.

Laundry available for guests. The Villa has its own staff included in the rental price, i.e. Housekeeping 4 hours a day, Chef and Waiter for 8 hours a day for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner service in the Villa, agreeing on a menu according to the guests' preferences.
The Villa shares the entrance gate and part of the parking area with the property Foresteria where the owners live, which is located in the park but guarantees total privacy to guests.
The Villa is not directly on the lake but reaches the lake and its wonderful private dock by comfortably crossing a private bridge that starts from the garden of the Villa. In the dock there is a very comfortable and unique Solarium for sunbathing in total privacy and to enjoy aperitifs witha splendid sunset. Private 8-meter jetty for enjoying boat trips on the lake.
