Breathing an elegant atmosphere and with the refined and sophisticated furnishings, this exclusive Villa can accommodate ten guests with 5 double bedrooms of which 3 bedrooms with en -suite bathrooms. Possibility of adding an additional double room with extra charge.
The property is surrounded by a 5,000-square-meter garden overlooking the lake, an exclusive swimming pool with Roman steps and comfortable loungers that invite guests to sit and relax. The spacious garden has outdoor terraces. Outdoor dining area .
Surrounded by a neoclassical colonnade flooded with light, the ground floor houses a main entrance, a spacious living room complete with a large 17th-century marble fireplace and comfortable sofas with plenty of seating. The ground floor also features an elegant study, a reading room with pool table, and a dining room with a stone fireplace dating back to the 17th century. On the same floor you will also find a fully equipped kitchen , a guest bathroom and a pantry.
Please note that the fireplaces are only decorative and cannot be used by guests .

The 5 bedrooms all double with air conditioning are as follows:
- A master bedroom with a standard double bed, lake view with direct access to a wonderful terrace , en-suite bathroom with shower and tub, TV.
- Two master bedrooms sharing a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a sitting area, TV
- A Suite with a master bedroom , small living room and a master bedroom complete with en-suite bathroom with shower. TV
- One double bedroom with lake view and en-suite bathroom.

Laundry available for guests.The Villa has its own staff included in the rental price and that is Housekeeping 4 hours a day, Chef and Waiter for 8 hours a day for breakfast , lunch and/or dinner service in the Villa agreeing on a menu according to guests´ preferences.
The Villa shares the entrance gate and part of the parking area with the propertywhere the owners live which is located in the park but provides total privacy to the guests.
The Villa is not directly on the lake but reaches the lake and its wonderful private Dock by comfortably crossing a private bridge from the Villa´s garden. In the dock there is a largeSolarium to enjoy the sun in total privacy and to enjoy aperitifs while admiring a beautiful and characteristic sunset.Private 8-meter pier to enjoy boat trips on the lake.
