EB: Can you tell us what are the most requested properties currently, and the target customers who turn to your agency?

AG: Italian and foreign clients turn to our agency and ask above all for housing solutions such as renovated farmhouses and farms worth three million euros. The average budget of each customer is around 600 thousand euros.

EB: Can you make any predictions regarding the future of the luxury real estate market in the coming years?

AG: At the moment there are a lot of uncertainties in this sector too, so I just can't predict what the future scenarios might be.

EB: Foreign customers are increasing: what are the difficulties encountered in buying and selling with those who live far from our country and therefore have habits different from ours?

AG: Honestly, if a customer chooses a property exactly, we generally find no difficulty in closing the deal.

EB: What are the most effective tools to convey the offers and proposals of your agency?

AG: In addition to the Network, obviously, which plays an essential role, there are also foreign colleagues who, by word of mouth, convey the proposals of our agency.

EB: What are the criticalities of the territory in which it operates and the possible solutions to these problems?

AG: In the most difficult moments, such as the one we are facing today, it is desirable to have greater collaboration between colleagues, overcoming the mentality of each cultivating their own garden. A change of mentality is necessary if lasting results are to be achieved.
