We are 4 minutes walk from the Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi, Piazza della Signoria, and 6 minutes from the Duomo of Florence, as well as all kinds of needs such as bars, restaurants, shopping, local artisans, banks, post office, supermarket. 10 minutes walk from SMN station, taxi, and bus station.

At the entrance, we immediately find a large bright open space living room from which you access the private terrace with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy lunches, dinners, and aperitifs at sunset and relax in the delicious Jacuzzi, without forgetting the dream view of the Duomo di Firenze, the Brunelleschi Dome and Palazzo Vecchio.

In the living room, there is a comfortable sofa bed, a spacious round dining table, and a SMART TV ULTRA HD 60inch (Yout Tube, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc.).

Also from the living room, we access the area of the kitchen with every service: stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher.

We also found, the bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, bidet) was completely renovated recently and the Master Bedroom with a queen-size double bed and memory pillows.

Free Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning, lift, washing machine and dryer (in the building) are available.
