The second and last attic floor of the house is accessed by a ladder with handrail and there are two single beds and the second full bathroom with shower.
The accommodation has a convenient assigned parking space.

The heating is autonomous with thermostat, wi-fi internet connection is active, the kitchen is complete with all appliances including electric oven, dishwasher and minibar.
