Forget all your worries in this spacious oasis of serenity! We are located in a villa of the '700 with a large swimming pool with hydromassage, located in the heart of the upper Salento a few kilometers from Oria, in the province of Brindisi.
The property has 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and air conditioners for hot and cold air.
One of the 4 rooms is outside in a dependence. Large swimming pool with barbecue, deck chairs, and relaxation area. All is surrounded by green lawns and olive trees, parking, and free Wi-Fi.

The strength of the structure is undoubtedly the wonderful pool, with a trampoline and jacuzzi for 6 people, where you can relax after a day in Salento!
The stone kitchen, equipped with a wood oven, can guarantee pizzas and grills at will, immersed in the tranquility of the olive trees.
Part of the complex there is a small vegetable garden and a chicken coop with chickens, always available for vegetables and fresh eggs.
Internally there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a nice lounge with fireplace and billiards. Externally, near the kitchen, there is a dependence on the fourth bedroom, as well as an additional bathroom.
The pool is equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower.

Our guests will have total access to the entire Villa, without limitations. Keep in mind that for the normal and necessary maintenance of the outdoor spaces (swimming pool, vegetable garden, chicken coop, etc.) one of our staff needs to go to the structure, but it will never disturb your peace and will do it during the day.
