The luxury real estate market in some Italian regions, such as Tuscany, is on the rise. We asked Loris Spighi, owner of Agency 24 Queen, to outline the current situation and possibly venture some predictions for the future.
What is the current trend in the real estate market that your agency focuses on?
There are signs, albeit timid ones, of an increase in requests, especially from foreign clients.
Based on your experience, have you been able to identify a target clientele that turns to your real estate agency?
Our agency attracts a high-profile clientele, primarily foreigners looking for a second home in Tuscany.
What are the most requested properties at the moment?
Requests naturally follow the trend of the publication of listings, so I would say they are linked to individual properties and are not generic for a segment or type of property.
What motivations led you to establish a partnership with Luxforsale for your real estate agency?
I was looking for a partner that would add value to both clients and myself as an operator, in terms of service quality and visibility.
Based on your experience in the sector, what are the possible future developments in the luxury real estate market in your reference area and in general?
The prospects are certainly promising but heavily influenced by often unrealistic demands from sellers that can intimidate potential buyers, leading them to areas where the quality/price ratio is better.
