A: What is the current trend in the property market in your agency's reference area, Bari Province?

Our reference area includes Bari Province, and that territory that stretches between Polignano a Mare and Ostuni and continues as far as Valle d'Itria. The trend in the residential property market is quite positive, especially for properties in the price range above 400,000 euro. Requests are on the rise: after the pandemic, many have decided to invest in the purchase of prestigious properties, a return to the ‘brick’ but of a certain level and prestige, concerning properties located in the province of Bari or in the Itria Valley.

A: Have you been able, based on your experience, to identify a target clientele that turns to your real estate agency?

Our agency's target clientele ranges from private individuals looking for residential properties of significant size, or in the hinterland of the Valle d'Itria, to organisations, foundations and companies that carry out real estate transactions.

A: What are the most sought-after properties at the moment?

Most of the requests we receive concern properties to be used as accommodation facilities (trulli, farmhouses, masserie), and also buildings and palaces.

A: What motivated you to create the partnership with Luxforsale for your real estate agency?

A: What are - based on your experience in the sector - the possible future developments of the luxury real estate market in your area, and in general?

My 20 years of experience leads me to say that the real estate sector will also rise rapidly in the near future. There will certainly be a creaming off in the coming years, but important properties will always retain a higher value than others. The city of Bari has been experiencing an exploit in recent years, but the future trend (at least in Italy's most important cities) is upwards, given the interest foreign investors are showing in Puglia.
