"In your opinion, what are the most beautiful apartments in Italy?" This question is received at our editorial team and that gave us inspiration to try to give an answer, as comprehensive as possible.
By analyzing more than 500 luxury apartments in the data base of www.luxforsale.it, it should be noted once again that Italy has absolutely nothing to identify any other nation in the world.
From north to south, from the sea to the mountains, the real estate proposals are varied and unique characteristics and features. We try to give some numbers.
The first thing that emerges clearly is the preponderance of waterfront apartments (47.95%), followed by those in the city (39.14%), while the mountains, lake and quiet total does not exceed 13% of the total .
Another fact really interesting is what sets us how Liguria, the region where there are the greatest number of luxury apartments (31.51% of the total), followed by Tuscany (13.70%), Sicily (8, 61%) and Lazio (8.41%), 4 regions, which together exceed 62% of the luxury apartments in Italy.
