Bari luxury real estate market: the trends of the last three months

The Omi (Observatory of the real estate market) has "photographed" the situation of the Bari real estate market in the last three months (November 2021, December 2021, January 2022). The results of this analysis are very interesting for those who are considering an important real estate investment in the Apulian capital.

Buying a property in Bari can be advantageous during this period, because prices have remained stable on average.

Specifically, according to data collected by the OMI and confirmed by the Luxforsale research office, the Stanic area is certainly the cheapest. The most expensive areas are currently San Giorgio, Picone and Poggiofranco.

According to Luxforsale, interest in the purchase of terraced houses has also grown, the value of which has increased by 10.5% compared to the past. Lofts, on the other hand, are less sought after, and this has resulted in a loss in prices.

If we look at the real estate advertisements recently published in the city of Bari, the most present areas are Libertà, Murat, Carrassi, San Pasquale, Carbonara, Poggiofranco, Città Vecchia, Japigia. The area that has the most real estate units for sale is certainly Murat.

Bari represents an important observation point of the real estate market of the whole Puglia. Suffice it to say that 34% of real estate advertisements throughout the province are related to the capital.

Do not lose sight of the residential areas of the city for a possible real estate purchase in Bari. In Borgo Melograno and Parco Adria there are splendid period properties that can be restored thus increasing their value.

Another elegant area that the people of Bari like so much is that of Santa Caterina. Here you can buy a luxury property at an advantageous price.

Despite being far from the center, the Marconi-San Girolamo district is well connected. This is a valid option for those who prefer to live in a less busy area and therefore more livable and "green".
