According to our research, 45% of the luxury properties on the portal already have integrated home automation solutions and for a further 30% the necessary arrangements are already in place to make the metaverse enter into daily habits.
But why this run-up to Smart Homes in Real Estate Luxury? In addition to the comfort offered by the technological solutions, it seems that the top buyers are particularly inspired by the possibility of creating real Home Health, homes where health, wellness and technology are mixed to rewrite the definition "Home sweet home" from scratch.
Hi-Tech investments are soaring, as are real estate values
The Internet of Things market, as we know, has been growing steadily for five years now. In the real estate sector in particular, investments were aimed at improving life within the four walls of the home, with the wellness and green areas in evidence. With regard to the issue of energy saving, we have witnessed the implementation of increasingly intelligent thermostats, capable of reducing waste, lowering consumption and, very often, increasing the energy class of the entire property. With only one final consequence: the increase in the value of every single luxury property!
