To sell a luxury property, 2 requests and some forethought are enough

One of the questions that the owners of luxury homes and consequently the real estate operators who deal with the properties ask themselves is “how can I sell a luxury property quickly and well”.
Claudio Citzia CEO of Luxforsale answers this question directly "on average the sale times of a property range from 6 to 9 months and these times extend up to 12 months when it comes to a prestigious property".

Those looking for luxury properties, on the other hand, know exactly the needs they need, are aware of their economic capacity, but are also aware of being a coveted and often known customer, a reason why they are reluctant to leave their data, if not almost certain to make the purchase.
But how to enhance the sale of a luxury property?
A property increases its value based on a series of factors such as its location or characteristics.
