Samuele Bozza, the owner of the Jappelli real estate agency, opens the doors of his office to guide us in discovering a dynamic real estate reality that is focused on the future.

What is the current trend in the real estate market in your agency's reference area?

Currently, the trend is slightly down compared to the past. However, we expect a strong recovery in the coming months.

Based on your experience, have you been able to identify a target client base that turns to your real estate agency?

In the past years, we have always had a higher-end target, with properties that were classified at a high level due to finishes, architecture, building quality, positioning, and uniqueness in general.

What properties are most in demand at the moment?

Currently, unfortunately, the most requested properties are those in the middle range, including well-maintained second-hand properties not older than twenty years, in a decent building (assuming that we do not deal with properties that don’t meet at least a decent standard).

What motivated you to establish a partnership with Luxforsale for your real estate agency?

For some time, we’ve been looking for a solution that would elevate and add prestige to the properties we offer, in addition to the fact that the services offered align perfectly with our agency’s reality.

Based on your experience in the sector, what are the possible future developments for the luxury real estate market in your reference area and in general?

Our reference area is rich in history and, consequently, in quality properties. There are plenty of country houses, large villas on the Euganean Hills and Berici Hills. We are therefore looking for a strategy that can truly add value to this type of property, in order to reach a market made up of investor/foreign clients who understand and appreciate the real estate solutions we offer.
