In the most popular tourist destinations, there is an increasing number of people choosing to invest in real estate, opting for prestigious properties where they can spend not only their vacations but also other relaxing moments throughout the year.
The owner of the Premia Home Real Estate agency, Luigi La Rosa, shared with us in this interview the current real estate situation in his area of operation, the characteristics of his clientele, and possible future projections.
**What is the current trend in the real estate market in the area covered by your agency?**
Currently, the real estate market is characterized by increasing demand from clients, especially for renovated properties and/or apartments in buildings with common areas that are in excellent condition.
**Based on your experience, have you identified a specific client profile that typically turns to your real estate agency?**
While it is true that—thanks to our wide range of collaborators—we can offer properties to all types of buyers, our agency is investing time and resources to provide a variety of real estate solutions to a more affluent clientele. We aim to give maximum visibility to the properties we manage, selected specifically for this target audience.
**What types of properties are in highest demand at the moment?**
Currently, small-sized properties in central areas for investment purposes are the most sought after. Additionally, there is demand for villas or standalone houses with outdoor spaces.
**What motivated you to form a partnership with Luxforsale for your real estate agency?**
Wanting to enter this market segment, we sought the best partner that could represent us in the eyes of potential buyers and sellers and accompany us in gaining knowledge and personal “education” regarding the dynamics of this specific real estate sector.
**Based on your experience in the industry, what are the possible future developments for the luxury real estate market in your area, and in general?**
Dealing with properties in Sicily in general and in the most beautiful areas of the province of Messina—such as the Aeolian Islands, Taormina, and Capo D'Orlando—we believe there is significant room for growth, given the positive and continuously developing trend we are experiencing.
