Among the great trends of recent years is the discovery of the Tiny Houses, very small houses with great functionality. But how to combine small spaces and luxury?
Among the trends that we have often highlighted in our blog is the need to purchase luxury properties that have ample living space, especially due to the renewed needs related to the pandemic. At the same time, in a sort of minimalist counter position, the luxury Tiny Houses are gaining more and more appreciation, houses with minimal size but which for design, comfort and construction have all the credentials to belong to the luxury universe.
Luxury Tiny House: what they are
The Tiny Houses, literally "tiny houses", are structures with a floor area that is around 20-25 square meters. Their conception is mainly linked to a minimalist and eco-sustainable concept of life. In fact, these are structures with an ecological footprint and designed to minimize consumption. At the time, often, to be defined as luxury, they combine elements of comfort and design within them that have nothing to envy to the typical villas that are increasingly sought after on our portal.
Interior of the mini-house
The goal of the Tiny Houses is to be able to recreate the maximum functionality in small sizes. Here then is that the furniture is reduced to the essential and the spaces are created with incredible solutions of domestic architecture. The rooms that should not be missing are obviously the kitchen, the sleeping area and the bathroom. To succeed in this enterprise, there are therefore suspended furniture, retractable furniture and loft beds.
Only high quality materials
To achieve the purpose of transforming a Tiny House into a small luxury property, the vision of the designer is required but also the use of only the highest quality materials. In the interiors and exteriors, stone and wood are therefore privileged, both to create a symbiosis with the surrounding landscape and to allow for a drastic reduction in energy consumption, perhaps with the support of solar panels.
