Making the garden for my friend

When you are a garden builder, it is inevitable that the first thing to do when you enter a friend's house or a friend is to look at (and judge) the garden and terrace, or if the surrounding landscape is not well done, though Care and space are harmonious. My friend C bought a plot adjacent to his home, where he decided to make a corner of relaxation, I had already in mind to be able to change the urban furniture and the handling of the lot, formerly used as a simple agricultural land. C decided to install an inground pool in this space, the size of which was adequate so that it could be placed without any problems, the only drawback is that the house was located on a hillside where the rainfall flowed in large quantities causing discomfort At the property, then incomodo for a pool.
In this case I had to create a barrier guard with rocks, which at the same time had a design function and garden furniture in the same. Eliminated the problem of floods, I highlighted the pool by raising it 30 cm from the 0 floor of the house, creating an optical effect on the garden, which would otherwise have seemed like a simple soccer field.
To get a satisfying or later created hills on the backgrounds to be able to plant plants such as ancient olive trees, palm trees, etc., Getting a Mediterranean atmosphere.
Using a good landscape and the right techniques the space seems bigger, we also created a barbecue area where the use of wood, stone is accompanied by planters with cobblestone decorations that offer color and harmony to the garden.
