Welcome, Monica. Can you briefly introduce yourself to the readers of Luxforsale?
Passionate about real estate, I furthered my training in Milan with ABTC Training Company, selecting real estate opportunities for investors in the Ligurian area. In the beautiful city where my business is based, Genoa, I had the pleasure of handling the sales of the Levante Waterfront, the iconic real estate development by Maestro Renzo Piano, following the project through to the completion of the residential buildings.
What are the areas of expertise of the agency you manage, Real Italian Estate?
With my brand REAL ITALIAN ESTATE, I focus on property management and mediation, acting as a consultant for clients, many of whom have now become friends. Currently, I handle assets not necessarily located in my homeland, but also in the nearby regions of Tuscany and Lombardy.
What motivated you to start a partnership with Luxforsale?
