This lovely three-story apartment is functionally furnished to accommodate travelers from all over the world. The entrance opens onto a large living room and two cozy bedrooms that can accommodate up to five people in total comfort. Each room is furnished with care and attention to detail, creating a cozy environment for a regenerating night’s rest. Fresh linens and fluffy blankets ensure a quiet and restful night.

The two modern bathrooms, equipped with a WC, shower, bidet, and sink, offer comfort and convenience. You can enjoy an invigorating shower or a relaxing bath after a day spent on the beautiful beaches of Versilia.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and coffee machine, providing everything you need to prepare delicious dishes, whether you are an experienced chef or simply a lover of good food. In addition, there is a modern dining space where you can share unforgettable convivial moments.

The heated pool is a real gem and remains open from April to October, with a comfortable outdoor shower. Facing the pool, you will find a private outdoor table where you can enjoy a relaxing breakfast.
