What is the current trend in the real estate market in the area your agency covers?
The current trend in my province primarily concerns a market targeting high-end tourist properties. For this segment, the most renowned locations such as Santa Margherita Ligure, Portofino, Rapallo, Sestri Levante, and Camogli dominate.
Based on your experience, have you identified a target clientele for your real estate agency?
In recent years, we have aimed to attract a clientele interested in luxury properties in the tourist segment, which has seen exponential growth after the Covid period, reaching 70% Italian clients and the remaining 30% foreigners.
What are the most requested properties at the moment?
For our reference area, seafront apartments with terraces are definitely the most requested. However, there are also requests for villas with gardens.
