The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 balconies, and a bright Open Space furnished with a modern piano bar to enjoy the most special moments.

The space:
- Large open space with double island sofa, Smart TV (Netflix, Disney plus, Amazon Prime...), portable air conditioning, and access to the outside balcony. You will also find a large table for up to 6 people and a beautiful modern-style piano bar with raised chairs.
- Kitchen with 5 burner stove, oven, dishwasher (with detergent included), fridge and freezer. You will also have dishes, cutlery, glasses and various utensilies to prepare whatever you want. You will also be offered condiments for food in single-dose bags and doses.
- A bedroom on the main floor with a double bed, walk-in closet with hangers, and air conditioning. You will find two pretty bedside tables to complete the furniture and finally access to a private balcony.
- A bedroom on the upper floor in the attic, with a double bed, walk-in closet with hangers, and access to a private balcony. Complete with air conditioning and spacious cabinets.
- A last room upstairs in the attic, with a single bed, large cabinets, and a well-lit desk with an ergonomic work chair.
Including an air conditioner and a bedside table.
- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower, and sink with mirror.
You will also have a towel rack and of course a washing machine up to 7kg (with detergent included).

Each guest will have at their disposal a kit of linen and up to 3 sizes of towels. Also included linen as sheets and bedspread for each bed.
Each guest will be offered a welcome kit with sanitary products such as shampoo and body wash.

You can also use cleaning products and tools offered by the house, as well as an iron and a drying rack.
