On the Terrace in front of the rooms, you can relax and enjoy reading or let yourself be lulled by the sea noise.
On the top floor, you can access the solarium area with an amazing view, or dive in the wonderful infinity pool that seems to be one with the sky and the sea.

THE INTERIOR:
Villa Patty is divided into 3 levels.
On the ground floor, we have 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom.
Both rooms have a sea view.
On the first floor, we have 2 double bedrooms, a shared area with a wardrobe, and access to the common bathroom.
Both rooms have sea views and have direct access to the furnished Terrace with sofas and chaise longue to give you moments of complete relaxation.
On the second floor, we have the living area with a large living room, a large dining area with a table for over 12 people, the fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Separate we have the room master with hallway and en suite bathroom.

The whole living room looks at the sea through 3 large windows and has direct access to the Terrace where you can have fun and long conversations looking at the sea and sipping a drink.
The dining area has direct access to the BBQ area which is also accessed from the kitchen. One space designed to enjoy lunches and dinners in company, outdoors but in an intimate and intimate place protected by the typical mistral wind of Sardinia.
This villa, thanks to the recent enhancement interventions desired by the owner, offers its guests guests a harmonious and very pleasant environment thanks to the combination of colors and the study of every detail.
