Today the villa, totally renovated according to current needs, keeps the soul and the original character and offers itself to a qualified clientele able to appreciate the real beauty.
The villa is ideal for adults only (children from 16 years, babies up to 12 months).

THE OUTSIDE:
The villa is located in one of the most beautiful and panoramic places of Ischia, on the hill of Monte Vico overlooking the marina.
Both from the large and lush garden and from the terrace you can enjoy a view breathtaking, enjoying an aperitif at sunset, or at night when all the lights of the island shine creating a magical scenario.
The multi-level garden is a true triumph of vegetation with ancient trees, from wonderful coterie to the steering, from the exuberant bougainvillea to the giant succulents.
It’s like one of those beautiful exotic gardens.
To delight our guests, at the back of the villa, a warm and welcoming spa, whose water flows directly from the local thermal spring.
Finally, a BBQ area is equipped with a table and chairs for those who love to cook on the grill.

THE INTERIOR:
If the exteriors are wonderful, when you enter you are really out of breath. Majolica hand painted in all environments, precious ceramics everywhere, antique furniture, textiles refined, and carefully selected objects, all to make comfortable as much possible the stay of our guests.
The villa consists of a double living room with a fireplace, a large dining area, a bathroom with service, a large kitchen with tables and chairs, 4 double bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms en suite.

3 rooms out of 4 are communicating if required.
To make even more pleasant the stay of our guests even in the evenings less warm alpaca down are available - Alpakino - thanks to the alpache breeding that the current owners have on our Dolomites.
