On 23 March 2023, the definitive establishment of Luxforsale Short Rent, the new company jointly owned by Luxforsale, specializes in short-term rentals for luxury real estate.

Thanks to this new initiative, Luxforsale's partner operators will be able to help agencies and owners of luxury villas to make the most of the short-term rental solution, creating an alternative income to the sale, both for owners who decide to rent and for those who, despite having put the property up for sale, take advantage of the income deriving from short-term rentals pending the sale
Luxforsale believes that Short Rent could be one of the services of the future and this is confirmed by the requests for short-term rentals registered since the beginning of 2023: more than 1,000, of which over 100 with a budget exceeding €10,000 per month.

With this in mind, the exclusive partnership activated a few months ago with Airbnb Luxe, which guarantees agents and owners of properties linked to Luxforsale dedicated and advantageous conditions for promoting their properties on this famous platform.

Luxforsale has launched the first trial service for the purchase of luxury properties in Italy: Try For Buy. This service allows potential buyers to test the rental property before concluding the sale. In this way, the buyer can evaluate the residence from an aesthetic and above all practical point of view before buying, while the seller can obtain an income from an otherwise immobile property.
