Luxury real estate professionals must have strong and proven marketing skills to navigate such a dynamic and rapidly expanding sector.
Among other things, Stella Beshirja (from the Great Properties Real Estate agency in Rome, recently a partner of Luxforsale) highlights this crucial aspect in the following interview.
What is the current trend of the real estate market in your agency’s area?
All properties purchased at a fair price and marketed with a good campaign are easily placed within relatively short timeframes. The demand for exclusive properties, including from foreign buyers, remains almost constant.
Based on your experience, have you identified a target clientele for your real estate agency?
For the most part, we deal with high-spending clients with significant social and cultural backgrounds. However, we also have foreign buyers with university degrees. The property owners in my portfolio are also highly educated individuals with prestigious careers, and most of them own exclusive properties.
What types of properties are currently in high demand?
As always, there is demand for properties in historical and architecturally significant settings, with outdoor spaces, preferably terraces. Smaller properties are also sought after, as they can be included in the short-term rental market.
What motivated you to establish a partnership with Luxforsale for your real estate agency?
Our main goal is to add another prestigious showcase for my properties.
Based on your experience in the sector, what are the possible future developments of the luxury real estate market in your area and in general?
I do not have a specific area of reference, as we also manage real estate assets and sell and rent properties in prestigious areas of the capital, as well as in Tuscany, Capri, Milan, and Umbria. However, I believe that in the future, the demand for luxury properties will remain stable, both for sales and rentals.
