The property, which was a component of an important territorial complex, has its own spring of excellent quality water at one time used to turn the wheel of a nearby mill. - by a first building, currently being renovated, which will include a restaurant area with services, 4 double rooms and a room with sauna and indoor swimming pool;

- by a second building where the reception and living spaces for staff will be located;

- by a third building, which has already been completely renovated, and will include on the ground floor a large relaxation lounge and No. 4 luxurious apartments, and on the second floor a lounge and No. 5 luxurious apartments.
