The unique location, situated on the first hills of Ceriale, places the resort in a strategic position,
nestling it between a full horizon sea view and the tranquility of the small village of Peagna, which
acts as a silent actor of the natural amphitheater created by the mountainous reliefs behind.
The cool sea breeze that laps the plots brings with it the sounds of the sea, beckoning
guests to dive in to enjoy the Iodine and Vitamin D benefits of the sun.
The nearest beaches are less than 10 minutes away as are all the main services, including the Riviera
Airport in Villanova d´ Albenga.
The ´realization idea takes shape from the desire to enhance the generous nature and mild climate of the area, making them protagonists of the guests´ experience.
The realization of the commercial project involves the synergy of agricultural and accommodation activities,
which are integrated to optimize the attractiveness and profitability of the spaces through eco-experience.
General description of project
Antichi Sassi Eco Village and Restaurant is structured starting from the recovery of a large farmhouse on
two-storey stone of historical interest. Maintaining the characteristics of conformation and the canons
aesthetic identity, a modern receptive structure is developed consisting on the ground floor of a restaurant
with an outdoor courtyard surmounted on the second floor by sea view suites.
In the rear strip of the restaurant is located the Glamping area, where the fixed tents with private services,
offer a unique atmosphere aimed at a tourism seeking a refined eco-experience.
Integrated into the property is a large modern greenhouse of 1200 sq. m. surrounded by 13000 sq. m. of
productive agricultural land organized on several flat levels that give dynamism and excellent
separation of spaces.
The trait d´ union of activities is found in the restaurant, which following the model of “Restaurant with Garden,“
transforms and enhances the value of home-grown products at Km 0. This type of solution gives the possibility
to explore vast horizons of taste, well-being and authenticity.
The Restaurant with a Garden has an intrinsic added value: the high quality perceived by
customers, who can see and touch the products in proposal.
This argument transforms a simple dinner into an experience to be told and relived.
The project is enriched with two independent units of large square footage for the development of suites (or
apartments) with private gardens and exclusive access.
In relation to the strip that overlooks Via nuova di Peagna, which has a dedicated access,it has been considered to create an equipped pitch for campers with dedicated services.
The ´founding idea of the receptive system is to offer a range of proposals that can satisfy
the greatest number of customers, through a modular yet integrated system.
