Each tile is decorated in relief and flanked by another of different color; the dichromy generated by the white-celadon contrast gives birth to a design recalling Gothic styles, styles typical of Vicenza's tradition and reminescent of its history as part of Venice's, the "Serenissima", dominion. The general picture of the floor vividly recalls plant compositions, and the plants designed on tiles almost naturally inspire a dialogue between the outside and the inside.
