The change in recent times has been radical: today it is no longer just about managing a prestigious property, but about shaping an experience—one capable of leaving a lasting impression on those who live it and of truly enhancing the value of the asset it represents.
In your opinion, what are the characteristics that make a property “truly luxurious” today, and how do you enhance them in your management activity?
For us, a luxury property is first and foremost a unique, non-replicable asset.
Authentic luxury is born from the meeting of generous spaces, high-quality materials, distinctive design, and a truly exclusive location—one that offers privacy, views, context, and quality of life. Added to this are exclusive services, elements of historical or artistic value, and, where applicable, inclusion in prestigious cadastral categories (A1, A8, A9), which confirm its long-term asset value.
But the real key element is just one: uniqueness.
A luxury property should not only be beautiful or large; it must be recognizable, have a clear identity, and a story to tell.
Our work is rooted in this vision. We treat prestigious properties as unique projects, with care, respect, and deep awareness of their context. Every property has its own identity, and our task is to make it recognizable, functional, and memorable through solid, discreet management focused on excellence. We enhance these elements not only through day-to-day operations, but also through positioning, storytelling, and the overall experience offered to those who live in the property.
For us, luxury today is not about ostentation. It is authentic comfort, silence, light, quality time, durable materials, and services that are felt without being intrusive. Where does your work mainly take place?
We operate primarily in urban settings and seaside destinations such as Alassio—areas where a home’s value is also measured by its ability to offer privacy, authenticity, and well-being. In the near future, we will also expand our presence to some of the most exclusive lake destinations, such as Lake Garda and Lake Como.
In locations like Alassio and the major lakes, where the guest experience is central, we manage properties equipped with premium amenities such as swimming pools and wellness areas, designed to guarantee maximum comfort and a truly rejuvenating stay.
Beyond management, we offer high-end, tailor-made experiences: private chefs, boat excursions and tours, guided e-bike experiences, massages directly in the villa or room, and many other services designed to make every stay truly memorable.
In such dynamic and highly sought-after areas, management requires presence, sensitivity, and deep knowledge of local dynamics, in order to deliver a service that meets—and exceeds—the expectations of our guests.
Today, technology, sustainability, and personalization are transforming the way we travel and experience hospitality. How do you envision the future of the property manager profession, and which innovations are already changing the sector?
Looking ahead, we envision an increasingly evolved profession, where technology, sustainability, and personalization work together to enhance the living experience and make management more efficient and responsible.
