Luxforsale is increasingly becoming an internationally oriented company, having recently opened its first office in France, where it already boasts numerous prestigious properties. The reins of the new Luxforsale office in the transalpine territory will be entrusted to Daniela Polo Robecchi, who serves as a real estate agent, and her husband Massimo Robecchi, who is in charge of development.
Daniela and Massimo have long been operating in the real estate sector and are part of the Keller Williams group, a U.S.-based company that has been active in Italy since 2019, bringing significant innovations to the way real estate is conceived, as well as transforming the work and role of real estate agents.
Luxforsale, which prides itself on excellence and luxury as its main strengths, is betting heavily on the French Riviera as a launchpad for its gradual expansion throughout France, a country that, like Italy, offers prestigious and high-value real estate solutions and is highly attractive in the property market.
As Massimo explained to us, the project is still in its early stages, as the office was opened on Friday, October 11. "We are at day zero," said Massimo, "and I am handling the brand's development. So far, I have listed about twenty properties, but I plan to add at least a hundred as soon as possible. We will also need to make some changes to the website, translating the listings into French to make them accessible to the local market."
While the development of the Luxforsale brand is under Mr. Robecchi’s care, his wife, Daniela Polo Robecchi, handles customer relations, guiding clients through the entire buying and selling process. She will also manage relations with sellers and buyers, acting as their main point of contact.
“I provide a package of proposals to international clients,” Daniela told us, “and I handle everything that falls under the duties of a real estate agent: property appraisal, client support, guidance throughout the sale, and the final purchase agreement. Additionally, I specialize in properties that are not yet built but developed from plans, presenting all guarantees, available customizations, and tax benefits that clients can take advantage of.”
This is a major step for Luxforsale, which continues to strengthen its position in key luxury markets such as France, consolidating its internationalization process by relying on serious, qualified professionals who are already well established in the region.
