The role we are seeking is that of Real Estate Wealth Manager, a strategic position for the growth of the luxury real estate market and for the development of relationships with property owners, investors and industry professionals.
The Real Estate Wealth Manager is a professional capable of combining commercial vision, strong interpersonal skills and expertise in the high-end property market. Their activities include managing and enhancing a portfolio of luxury properties, developing opportunities within their reference area, and building solid relationships with clients and partners.
Within the Luxforsale ecosystem, this role actively participates in an exclusive network, benefits from advanced tools and contributes directly to strengthening the brand’s presence in Italy. To support this path, Luxforsale provides structured training through its own Academy dedicated to luxury real estate, an exclusive learning environment that enables partners to acquire specialised and up-to-date skills, with modules focused on marketing, negotiation and the management of premium properties.
The ideal candidate has a strong commercial attitude, excellent relational and negotiation skills and a strong results-driven mindset. Previous experience in real estate or related sectors is preferred, but we also consider candidates with strong talent and motivation.
