Palazzo Guazzoni Zaccaria, represents one of the milestones in the history of the city of Cremona and of Italy as well. The first certain news, which binds the history of the palace to the Guazzoni family (from which it takes its name) is the "charta procure" dated 7th of October 1658 made by the noble Alessandro, secretary of the bishop Speciano, Protonotary Apostolic and Archbishop of the Cathedral of Cremona. Over the centuries, the Domus has been played a major role as a patrician residence, a factory, a warehouse, headquarters of the fascist party and headquarters of the arms associations. Located in the historic center of Cremona, 200 meters far from the Torrazzo and the Cathedral.
Nowadays, Palazzo Guazzoni Zaccaria, after a profound conservative restoration, has become an articulated complex able to offer spaces with different uses such as Studios, Laboratories, Ateliers, exclusive residences, offices and space for events.
