In recent years, the role of the property manager has evolved rapidly. How has your work changed, and what new skills are now essential to manage luxury properties?

In recent years our work has transformed significantly: today a property manager does not only manage properties—even high-end ones—but experiences. For Le Case di Tati, active in Liguria for more than 25 years, this change has been a natural evolution of a model that has always been based on high-quality hospitality.
Today, organizational, digital, and relational skills are essential, combined with a deep knowledge of regulations. Managing high-end properties means taking care of every detail, guaranteeing consistent standards, and knowing how to communicate with an international clientele.

In your opinion, what characteristics make a property truly luxurious today, and how do you highlight them in your management activity?

Today luxury is not only a matter of design or location, but of how the guest feels during their stay. A property is truly luxurious when it can offer hospitality, attention, and continuity of service.
For Le Case di Tati, true luxury is availability, presence, and the time dedicated to people. We enhance each property through constant care, high standards, and personalized services, always maintaining genuine human contact.

Can you tell us something about the area where you mainly operate?

We operate in the Riviera di Ponente, from Alassio to Bordighera, managing around 40 housing units. It is an area rich in charm, authenticity, and quality of life, highly appreciated by an international clientele.
The heart of our activity is in Riva Ligure, where our reception is located on Via Nino Bixio. Having a physical presence in the area is a deliberate choice: we strongly believe in Italian hospitality and in the value of being a real point of reference for our guests.

Today technology, sustainability, and personalization are transforming the way people travel. How do you imagine the future of the property manager profession, and what innovations are already changing the sector?

The future of the property manager will increasingly be based on the balance between technology and human relationships. We use advanced management systems and technological integrations developed with the support of Angelo Tulipano, an IT specialist from Milan who believed in the project and invested in it.
At the same time, it is essential to have a solid structure from both a legal and administrative standpoint, overseen by lawyer Gianluca Vacchiano, who guarantees transparency and security. Technology is a valuable tool, but it never replaces relationships: the real value lies in personalization and attention to the guest.
