The presence of a domestic water mirror spreads among medium to high-end real estate solutions. For a variety of reasons: In addition to the delight of diving in the beautiful season and enjoying the sun at the edge of a swimming pool, some studies based on the analysis of sales advertisements have shown that the value of a property with swimming pool is at least 10% higher than to other homes with the same features but without this option. An interesting investment, therefore, is also because the "no matter what you think" from a tax point of view, the pool is not considered a luxury property if it does not exceed 80 sqm surface size, which goes beyond the average of private solutions. An essential step is choosing the site. In addition to the size of the pool, account must be taken of the sun exposure, the slopes of the soil, the plants surrounding the site. The choice of bath color is also important because of the aesthetic impact on the environment and the chromatic harmony of all components: edges, rocks, plants, etc. The color of the pool will depend on the landscape and the vegetation, where the vivacity of the beach style with its sand colors is required. It is necessary to consider that the color of the water is determined by the sky and that in any case it will tend to blue: the game therefore emphasizes or not this tone.
