On the other hand, investors tend to be much more ambitious and engage in more complex transactions, with investments reaching up to €4 million, both in the residential sector and other property types. This segment offers great opportunities for developing high-end projects, such as luxury villas, exclusive residential complexes, or upscale hospitality facilities.
