As for the residential real estate market, particularly in Parma's historic center where we operate, it appears more dynamic than the purely luxury market but still falls short of the transactions seen in 2021/2022.

Based on your experience, have you identified a target clientele for your real estate agency?

Our clientele belongs to the upper-middle to high-end market, demanding in their searches and attentive to property quality. In fact, most of them explicitly request "all-around living comfort."

Which types of properties are currently in high demand?

Currently, the most sought-after properties in our agency include both first-time homes and replacements/improvements for existing residences.
