The complex is enhanced by a beautiful tower structure, which houses the elevator shaft and the
main staircase, completely clad in trachyte—a typical local stone—which is also used for the
decorative architectural details.

The “complex is, to all intents and purposes, a residential complex nestled within
a green area characterized by the presence of various Mediterranean plants that
enhance and adorn the well-maintained lawn-style garden “Kenya”-style lawn of 10,000 m², where
the complex’s irregularly shaped outdoor swimming pool, with a capacity of approximately 400 m³, is also located.

The private parking lot covers an area of 2.500 m² and features 3 carports equipped with a 95-kW photovoltaic system
installed in July 2016, capable of meeting nearly all of the hotel’s energy needs
and which, in turn, provide shaded parking for 36
cars. There are also two artesian wells that supply water to the entire green area.
The entire area occupied by the complex is properly fenced.

The total area is 18,000 m², on which the built-up volume stands; the covered area
is approximately 3,700 m², excluding terraces and pergolas.
In 2022, the heat pumps for the air conditioning system and all the fan coils in the guest rooms
on the first and second floors were replaced.
Additionally, all six cold storage units for the restaurant were replaced that same year.
In the large park in front of the property, plans can be developed for the construction of 12 independent cottages
equipped with every comfort, as well as 3 paddle tennis courts
