General description of project Antichi Sassi Eco Village and Restaurant is structured starting from the recovery of a large farmhouse on two-storey stone of historical interest. Maintaining the characteristics of conformation and the canons aesthetic identity, a modern receptive structure is developed consisting on the ground floor of a restaurant with an outdoor courtyard surmounted on the second floor by sea view suites. In the rear strip of the restaurant is located the Glamping area, where the fixed tents with private services, offer a unique atmosphere aimed at a tourism seeking a refined eco-experience. Integrated into the property is a large modern greenhouse of 1200 sq. m. surrounded by 13000 sq. m. of productive agricultural land organized on several flat levels that give dynamism and excellent separation of spaces. The trait d´ union of activities is found in the restaurant, which following the model of “Restaurant with Garden,“ transforms and enhances the value of home-grown products at Km 0. This type of solution gives the possibility to explore vast horizons of taste, well-being and authenticity.
